Bo Chi was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2025 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal.

Before joining BCA, Bo Chi began his legal career as a civil and commercial litigation lawyer at a boutique lawfirm in Montreal. He contributed to numerous cases, particularly in civil liability and professional liability.

During his studies, Bo Chi worked at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) as a Securities Registration Officer. In this role, he became familiar with the development of regulations surrounding cryptocurrency trading by intermediaries.

Committed to the Chinese and Asian community of Greater Montreal, he has been involved in organizing an annual pro bono legal clinic since its inception in 2022.
