Claudia began her career as a lawyer with the litigation team of a major Montreal law firm where she practiced civil and commercial litigation, real estate law, data protection law and class actions. 

Prior to joining BCA Lawyers, Claudia was an associate in the litigation department of a major player in legal technologies’ US and Canadian subsidiaries in Montreal. In this role, she gained valuable experience in technology law, including contractual issues related to trade, governance, personal data, cyber security, intellectual property, and litigation management. 

Claudia was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020 after completing her undergraduate studies in civil law and common law to obtain the title of Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law of McGill University. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Public Affairs at Concordia University. 

For many years Claudia has volunteered in various impaired driving awareness and prevention activities throughout Quebec. As co-spokesperson for the Public Consultation on Road Safety, she made recommendations leading to a major reform of the Highway Safety Code.  

Appointed a director of the Société d’assurances automobile du Québec (Quebec motor vehicle boar) in 2017, she became the youngest member of a board of directors of a Crown corporation in Canada. In addition, she sits on the Clienteles, Human Resources and Road Safety Committee and the Information Technology and Cyber Security Committee. 

Claudia served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Montreal Taxi Bureau from 2013 to 2022 and is a spokesperson for the Montreal General Hospital Foundation and the NeuroTrauma Foundation. 

Claudia is fluent in French, English, and Italian.
