Zachary regularly represents clients in a variety of fields, such as general litigation, general liability and professional liability, sports and recreational liability, personal injury claims, city and municipal liability, construction law, and products and manufacturers liability.

He also practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and regularly represents clients in a variety of matters, such as

Litigation between shareholders or business partners, such as oppression remedies;

General commercial litigation;

Provisional measures such as seizures before judgment or safeguard measures;

Commercial leases and landlord-tenant disputes.

Zachary frequently appears before all levels of the Quebec courts  as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitration, conciliation and mediation boards.
