BCA obtained a favourable judgment for Hudson’s Bay Company

 Pierre Bazinet has obtained a favourable judgment for Hudson’s Bay Company that was sued by a client that tripped on a display and sustained bodily injury.

 In Shellard c. Hudson’s Bay Company, the Superior Court concluded that The Bay did not commit any fault in its merchandizing and displaying.
