Benoît Chartier obtains favourable judgment for Mont Orford

Benoît Chartier obtains a favourable judgment in a case tried in the summer of 2020 in which he represented and defended the Mont Orford ski resort. A skier who was injured during a day of skiing at Mont Orford had her claim for damages dismissed. The resort was able to show that it had taken all reasonable means to avoid such an incident and committed no fault.
