Jasmine was called to the Quebec Bar in 2016. Following her swearing-in, she worked for a major regional law firm, mainly in civil litigation and family law.

Quickly developing her autonomy early in her career, she was entrusted with civil court representation mandates and assumed full management of the mandates in both civil litigation and family law. After spending two (2) years in civil and family litigation, she joined the insurance litigation group of a major downtown Montreal firm in January 2018. From 2018 until she joined BCA Avocats in November 2020, she autonomously managed various general civil liability files as well as assisting and supporting lawyers. Jasmine has experience with all kinds of major litigation files. Her role at BCA Avocats will be to assume the overall management of litigation files as well as assisting and supporting Pierre Bazinet and Benoît Chartier on more complex mandates.

Representative cases

Since her beginnings as a lawyer, Jasmine has practiced as a junior lawyer in complex and major cases, including civil liability, municipal liability, personal injury, construction liability, professional liability and product liability. As a lawyer in charge of files or working as a team with more experienced lawyers, she has drafted procedures as well as prepared files and managed them on a day-to-day basis.
